There are two ways to easily remember dreams.
1.) Wake-Induced Lucid Dreams or WILDs
2.) Body position
The second trick, using your body position is very simple. You just think back and recall what position you were laying in when you had the dream.
You then slowly roll back in to that position and you’ll find that suddenly your memories of that dream unlock and come in crystal clear. It’s like your body position is a key and your mind associates that position with the mental experiences you had in the dream.
This sounds like it’s just too easy, but use it and you’ll find that you’ll be able to remember dreams much more easily than ever before. It’s also a good reason to practice sleeping in the same position all night and not tossing and turning.
You can remember your dreams more easily if you also don’t have to remember what position your body was in at the time.

Tried this but found it difficult to remember. Only half way through the day did i remember my dream, am i doing something wrong???
if i made it out, how do i go back in my physical body? is there chance that other entities might take over my body during my OBE?
theres been times i want to remember my dream when i wake up, but i cant, only to find that when i climb into bed the following night, i roll into a certain spot and remember everything.
I have read some other articles that say you should remember your dreams when you wake up directly after them, but whenever I have a dream Ii can never remember anything exept for have a dream. I even once had a period of I think 3+ years where i don’t think i dreamed once. Is there a way for me to remember my dreams?
